Congressman Mike Gallagher (Wisconsin’s 8th District) honored NEW
Water Executive Director Thomas Sigmund with a Congressional Record
Presentation for his service as President of the National Association
of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA), and for his career dedicated to
improving water.
“Mr. Sigmund has committed his career to improving water quality in
Wisconsin, as well as promoting a national water policy to create a more
equitable water future,” said Congressman Gallagher. “I stand here today
to recognize Mr. Sigmund’s impressive leadership at NACWA as well as his
service to the clean water industry.”
